I normally do not pass on virus warnings but the whole DoE web access was closed yesterday, to be upgraded to deal with this delightful very-new virus. Our anti-virus protection has just sent me this message suggesting FISH has a problem. With decent pick-lists, codes are unnecessary to data inputting - perhaps the reason they are in HBSMR is really to save disk space? If we can dispense with codes, this means we only have to agree on the full term - assuming that is possible? These are on a pull down pick list and this means that whoever is inputting the information doesn't have to incessantly look up codes. With modern databases codes aren't necessary - why not call a spade a spade, or in the case of a SM or SAM call it a Scheduled Ancient Monument which at least describes it to some degree?
