Could anyone advise whether a dyslexic student who is a British national, but has been living in Holland would be eligible for DSA, &/or Hardship Loan? The student informs me that she is not eligible for funding support from the Dutch government because she has a British, not Dutch passport. Her course fees are paid by DfES. many thanks, Clare Davies
