Dear all I would just like to draw your attention again, to those of you who hastily deleted it from your inbox, to Lindsey Brown's email posted on dis-forum last week, appealing for disability officers responses to some hypothetical discrimination cases under DDA part IV. Lindsey is a final year law student. She posted her email with the knowledge of her tutor, and following a period of voluntary work at Skill in which dis-forum was identified as a useful and legitimate research tool for the process of writing her final year dissertation on the DDA Part IV. She is carrying out a bona fide qualitative research exercise. In due course, Lindsey is planning to produce an anonymised report of her findings which might prove very useful to dis-forum members. I am sure she would be happy to post it on the forum when she has co-ordinated some of your responses, which I am sure will now flow forth! Please reply to her direct with your comments on the cases, if you have any.
