Tutorials, support staff, personal tutor, student union, problems with other
students, information received prior to course  (including application
procedure e.g. were there other courses/unis that s/he might have applied
for if the information about support etc. was available), any other support
that was available, allowances for assessments (e.g. if the assessment
included presentations; the facilities provided)? There are probably many
more but these spring to mind immediately.
