Disability Support Manager
£27,499 - £31,697
You will be managing the Middlesex Disability Support Unit (The Able Centre),
on the University's Enfield campus. Middlesex University is a front runner in the
recruitment and support of students with disabilities.
You will lead a team of staff and manage the delivery of the technical resources
providing support to students with special needs throughout the university and
delivering further services to the wider community through the Sign Language
Bureau and the Able Access Centre.
You should:
havea degree and the ability to lead a team
haveexperience of supporting students with disabilities in higher education
and of managing budgets
beable to make assessments of students' special needs within the DSA
framework and be aware of the technologies available for the support of the
disabled.
