Y'all,
Anyone got an up-to-date list of bodies where there is a "perceived " legal right to disclose info? e.g. Section 110(b) of the Social Security Act - Benefits Agency. (Leaving aside of course the difference between the statutory power to disclose and the obligation to disclose!)

I also realise S35(1) seems to give a "general" rule of thumb and a complete list might not be possible but I am interested in others' views.

I could probably put one together but am likely to miss some and would be looking at it from an education view-point. If anyone has ideas and is willing to share I'll collate and ask Sally to publish?

Peter
