Subject: Re: DPA and Hamiliton Allegations One cannot claim that one's right to privacy has been breached if seen by a person on a street whilst changing one's clothes by an open street window - similar logic may be applicable in relation to the Hamilton case. They have also chosen to fight the battle through media spin and hype rather than through the courts thus generating much of the prejudial circumstances themselves. Why have they chosen to do this is quite interesting. So far it would seem that the allegation is based on rather weak evidence which is circumstantial at best - May be there is another defamation case on the cards! - Martin -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin J.
