Hello all,
I am researching into the legal background of the UK DPA, and I would like to
get hold of some of the decisions of the DP Tribunal. The cases i am
particularly interested in are the two involving CCN Credit Systems, 1991. Is
there any way of locating these - and any other - cases? I am aware of the
existence of an "Encyclopaedia of Data Protection" published by Sweet and
Maxwell that may be helpful, but I have no other details concerning this
publication. Any help will be appreciated.
