Well unfortunately Su this is infact the whole problem. My Uncle DOES want
to move house - desperately!! Except the CCTV cameras, plus general
unco-operativeness of neighbour has already put three prospective buyers
off!

Thank you all for your advice though - I'll pass them on to him.
