Morning All
Perhaps not a good one for a certain councillor who apparently is appearing
at a Magistrate court today for breaching the DP Act, the following was
found on the Worcester News websitewhich was first published on Wednesday 14
March 2001:

Labour leader's case adjourned
PROCEEDINGS against Bromsgrove District Council's Labour group leader on
charges of a breach of the Data Protection Act have been adjourned.

Cllr Peter McDonald (Uffdown and Waseley) was set to appear before Redditch
Magistrates' Court yesterday but a new date is now expected to be set this
morning.

We wait to see!

Paul Couldrey
Data Protection Officer
Wolverhampton City Council
