Under the 1984 act I was required to register with the registrar of data
protection. I have not altered my processing since the 24th October 1998. I
am therefore claiming transitional relief on my processing until 24th October
2001. My 1984 registration expires on 1st April 2001.
The 1998 DPA repeals the whole of 1984 act. Therefore I am going to totally
abuse all personal data in my possession until 24th October 2001 when I will
once again become a good boy. Surely that has got to be wrong?

I wait to be chastised.
