Can anyone help with this problem and point me in the right direction,
please!?!
We have a student who has an outstanding bad debt. A shrewd piece of
detective work has thrown up an address and bank account details for the
student from when they did casual work for us during vacations. Can we
pass this information on to the Collection Agency? Are bad debts
classed as crimes and are they therefore exempt?
I'd appreciate your views.
