Are the use of Webcams in public places acceptable under the data
protection act? We are considering pointing one at our (attractive) main
building for broadcast via our web site to use as a marketing tool to
attract potential students.
Nothing will be recorded, but is there still an issue with broadcasting
people's faces or their car numberplates?
Anyone know? I'd rather check before we do it!
