The House of Lords Hansard for November 13th includes a statement from the
Lord Chancellor regarding the implementation of the Act.

The Times and the Guardian for today (14th November) both contain
interesting articles - headlines "Lord Chancellor's deviousness could haunt
new Labour" and "Straw deals first information veto" search for Freedom of
Information when you've got to their home pages.

One question - Lord Irvine says "I am today placing a full schedule of
organisations and dates of implementation in the Libraries of both Houses."

Does anyone know how we can access this schedule?
