Hi

My experience is that people take the 'structured' bit too literally, so
I'd paraphrase the Commissioner's advice in the introduction to the act and
add something like:

[ie generally accessible to one or more people in the day to day operation
of the organisation.]

>Relevant filing system means any set of information about the individual
>that is structured to allow ready access. "

But you could go on for ever elaborating on things  . . . .
