I am sure we have all done it. Accidentally put a load of email addresses
external to our own organisation in the "TO" or "CC" fields, and merrily
sent it on its way. Or pressed "Reply to ALL" without giving the matter a
second thought, and thus potentially breaking the DPA by distributing loads
of email addresses that the "owners" thought were private.

This means that every individual with email access in any organisation is
cheerfully capable of breaking the law.

Do any of us have any "systems" in place which can prevent this? We have
policies, but a policy is not a thing that Bill Gates has implemented in
Outlook!
