Dear All,
I don't normally perpetuate discussions about 'proper' use of lists, but do
feel a comment in defence is deserved here.
I did not think the CCTV enquiry was off-topic. It was concerning data
protection issues, even if the resolution to the particular activity lies in
another direction. The enquiry was genuine, and the reply that was made by
a list member was of value.
As someone who is new to the DP area I have found this list and its
contributions invaluable. Don't let's discourage sharing information
through fear of being flamed.
