A solicitor has contacted the University giving us the name and date of
birth of 2 people, to ask if they are students at the University.
This is for a civil court case to do with a traffic accident dispute.
I have advised that we cannot disclose this information
Do list members agree that the fact the 2 people concerned are students here
is personal data and should not be disclosed without their consent.
