The Commissioner's Code, as I read it, doesn't require the signs used for a cctv scheme to make clear the purposes of the cctv scheme; at least where the sign has an image of a camera. It would be interesting to learn, however, what others have put on their signs. (As I've not sent any messages to the Group before I'll introduce myself : I'm with a local authority in Scotland in their Legal Dept. The Council has its own stand alone cctv system and it sends images to a cctv trust for town centre images.)
