I've seen a copy of the version that was presented to the ODPC by Privacy Laws & Business in, I think, the autumn (September?) of 1999. However, given the embarrassingly lengthy period between its presentation and now, I would be very surprised if what comes from Wilmslow is recognisable from that document. But if the ODPC gives the issue such a low priority, then why should we bother !!
