Further to Gail's earlier question about EU approval for countries other
than Switzerland and Hungary, does anyone have any experience/thoughts
concerning transfers of personal data to British offshore islands and
Gibraltar?
I know the Channel Islands and IoM have their own DP authorities/regimes
(don't know about Gib)but am curious about how they are regarded in respect
of the EU Directive and the 8th Principle.
All thoughts/comments will be most gratefully received.
