All
Have just spoken with someone in the Legal Department of the Commisioner's
Office - the Councillor's case has been postponed until later today as the
Solicitor representing him is travelling from London but I am to obtain a
copy of the decision from the Commissioner's Office (probably tomorrow) due
to the postponement.  Will keep you posted.
