We have a number of collaborative arrangements involving other institutions
abroad which give rise to a no of issues.
For info collected via questionnaires for research purposes, info will be
given to individuals about purpose and their consent obtained to any
disclosures / transfers.
It seems sensible to get the other partners though to agree work to the same
standards as provided for by the UK DP Act.
Is this enough provided there are discussions with the partners as to how
the processing is handled by them? Is there a better alternative?
