Does anyone have a questionnaire or form that they would be willing to
share with me for conducting an audit of personal data held around the
entire institution?
I need to carry out this so that we can ensure that our Notification is
accurate and so that we can maintain details of who holds what and where
just in case we ever get any subject access enquiries (God forbid!).
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't really want to re-invent
the wheel if someone else has already done this.....
