What you have to be careful of is names which have an ' in them such as O'Riley, if you are not careful Bb rejects that record. So for these type of names you must put " round them e.g. "O'Reily". (Apparently you can do a similar-ish thing in Access) Create excel file with extra column of # or % either end. Save as .csv. Open in wordpad. Replace , with "," then #", with nothing and ,"% with nothing. Save and use to upload batches.
