Dear All I am organising another Heritage Lottery Workshop for Your Heritage Grants £5,000 - £50,000 scheme. 11th October 2001, National Library of Scotland, Edinburgh The purpose of these one day workshops is to help participants develop the core structure of this new project application to the HLF and to offer practical assistance in framing and presenting your projects in the best possible light. Remember - the scheme is still in its early days and represents a good opportunity to be one of the first applications received by HLF. The workshop programme covers: Setting the Project Framework, Demonstrating Need and Demand, Describing the Heritage Focus, Demonstrating Organisational Ability and Project Management, Budgets and Timetables and Defining Measurable Aims. At the end of the workshop participants will have tackled ALL the questions requiring project validation on the application form and should feel confident about completing it on their own. The cost per delegate is £25 - this includes administration, sandwich lunch and refreshments.
