Many thanks to all those of you who replied. I have had various references to the same supplier who are Twofold Office Equipment, 102 Kings Road, Reading RG3 1BY Tel 0118 925 8251. They have a sister company who deal with related software who are called Checkpoint Security Services. The machine is manufactured by Pernuma Marking Systems in Germany. Their mid range model can emboss up to three certificates at a time mechanically. The cost excluding vat is approximately £3500 plus annual maintenance.
