Dear Colleagues,

In the QAA Code of Practice for Student complaints and appeals it is stated
that procedures should 'set out the entitlements and responsibilities of the
parties'.

We are in the process of updating our Complaints Procedure and I would be
grateful if colleagues could advise me of their institution's position
vis-a-vis the entitlement of various parties to see documentation etc
relating to a complaint.
