Dear All, Today we sent our usual email request to BL, and actually received the autoreply (the first since problems began mid-November 2000)! I am unable to confirm that the NHSIA have been responsible for solving the problem or if this occurrence is an accident! (My IT Department liaison person is on leave until late next week).
