Public Sector organisation are currently looking for person with sound GIS exp. Specifically you must have good working knowledge of Arc IMS (internet mapping software).The work carried out will be aprt of a 3 year project for a GIS internet site in collaboration with another organisation.It will involve day-to-day 'tweaking' & maintenance of the site.This role may also include development work depending on candidate's existing skill set.Thsi is a pilot site specific to drawing maps on the internet.Rate is negotiable depending on skills.Exp. of Arc IMS is ESSENTIAL.This contract is ongoing - for the right candidate it will mean an immediate start in Jan 2002.
