We wish to do a study to assess the patients views on the acceptability of selective salphingography (an invasive, diagnostic procedure to assess the fallopian tubes - occasionally used for therapeutic reasons too). Is anyone aware of any validated (or non-validated - we are desparate!) questionnaire to measure patient acceptability / quality issues in IVF. If there are no IVF-specific questionnaire, are there any generic ones for invasive diagnostic tests generally?
