Can anyone point me in the right direction for recent ( prob first half of December) pre-emptive OJEC notices. In particular I am looking for a notice issued by Great North Eastern Railway for "electric and diesel multiple units to provide high-quality inner suburban, outer suburban and long distance services on the routes operated by the South West Trains franchise". I am also looking for similar notices for the same tender issued by the Strategic Rail Authority, the Shadow Strategic Rail Authority, Stagecoach and Seacontainers.
