Dear colleagues, I am looking for some information on the (legal) protection that Turkish guestworkers and their descendants can claim in Germany under Article 7 of the UN Convention on Human Rights (equality before the law). I'd be interested in any cases that have been brought before German and/or European courts, and in any public and academic debates on that matter. Many thanks in advance.
