University of Munich Department of English requires a Lektor/Lektorin to teach English to German students. We are offering an initial contract of 15 months duration, commencing 1st May 2001, renewable once with a second contract of three year. Applicants should have a good honour degree, preferably in English or Modern Languages, postgraduate qualification (PGCE or TEFL Diploma, MA in TEFL) and/or extensive experience in TEFL and CALL. Interest in using multimedia applications and developing courses would be an advantage, good knowledge of German is essential. Salary from approximately DM 60,000 p.a.
