I, like J. Eric Pridmore (and probably anyone else
who wrote letters), received the same reply from Backpack. They are also issuing
an apology. It might not be the most wonderful outcome we could think of
but it does show that responding to this type of thoughtlessness is worthwhile
and can be effective.
