Hello All, I recently asked about moblile libraries which offer ICT facilities, and library authorities which have self issue. Unfortunately I didn't get many responses (obviously everyone except me is on holiday!) Several mobile libraries offer ICT including laptops with Internet access (charged for), photocopying facilities and use of mobile phones. Several authorities have self issue, although most in their infantry and therefore experiencing teething problems! If I suddenly get swamped with responses, I will post further results.
