the humour on this list gets worse and worse. as the main CAT nipper author
is away I will try and reply on his behalf.
I'm aware we should not advertise on the list so this reply is rather short.

we need to continue developing the software (including economic analysis etc
as well as dealing with the comments below) hence we need some revenue to
pay software writers.

As it comes from the Centre we won't be making a profit on it.
