   DUTIES INCLUDE:
   ? review of grantee reports,
   ? drafting reports to funders,
   ? conducting site visits,
   ? program monitoring.

   REQUIREMENTS:
   ? Diploma in Law, Public Policy or relevant fields;
   ? Strong English speaking and writing skills;
   ? A minimum of two years experience in program management;
   ? Expertise in civic anti-corruption initiatives, public policy, or
   municipal government;
   ? Strong analytical skills;
   ? Ability to work under pressure;
   ? Multitasking skills.

   POSITION LOCATION: Moscow, Russia.
   The full-time position is available as of October 1, 2000.


   ABOUT THE EURASIA FOUNDATION:

 The Eurasia Foundation is a US nonprofit grantmaking organization dedicated
to supporting projects that contribute to economic development and
democratic reforms in the countries of the New Independent States of the
former Soviet Union (excluding the Baltic countries). The Foundation,
founded in 1993, is privately managed and has its headquarters in
Washington, DC, and regional offices in Vladivostok, Moscow, and other
cities throughout the NIS. It is funded by the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID).

   The Foundation funds programs in the following fields: economic reform
and  initiatives in the private sector; governmental administration reform

   ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

   The Corruption Prevention Small Grants Program was launched in 1996. The
goals of the USAID-funded program are to create conditions for greater
citizen involvement in political decision-making and anti-corruption
governmental programs, to develop increased civil and legal conscience, and
to foster a negative attitude towards corruption. The total amount of grants
awarded under the Program so far is more than 460,000 US dollars. The
Corruption Prevention Small Grants Program is administered by the Moscow and
Far East Regional Offices of the Eurasia Foundation.
