That to some extent is a fault of the blame culture which seems to 
pervade healthcare, but the major person at fault is the nurse who 
doesn't know what (s)he is saying.

The real problem is when you get medical students and PRHO's 
who display poor attitudes towards staff  - whether they are picking 
inappropriate role models.
