Although one has to pay for access and the downloading of documents, the search capabilities are just as good as the EU's web version and in my experience, much much faster! Downloading multiple documents is also easier. At the Business Information Service we use this system on a regular basis to update clients on opportunities in their markets. However I wanted to double check whether the OJ CD for tenders was still produced and information about its availability any other sources people are using that they could recommend would be useful.
