Recently a paper has been published in Cheshire realting to health care services for disabled people. Physical disability is not mentioned at all. The list of priorities mentioned by the PCG's were people with learning difficulties, mental health and children's services but no reference to physically disabled people. As a representative of an organisation run by disabled people I am asking for assistance in finding any health strategies or related research into the absence of physical disability in health provision. We are hopefully receiving funds for research purposes in order for us to consult with disabled people themselves and put together a strategy.
