Top 10 Tips For Fat loss

#1)  Have breakfast each and evey morning, include protein and carbs!


#2) Eat small meals every 3 hours, this reduces overall hunger!


#3) Add 1-3 protein drinks per day within your meals, this will reduce appetite and reduce the chances of overeating.


#4) No Soda pop, ever, this spikes insulin and makes you fat and tired! (sugar free ok, but the worst of both for your teeth)


#5) Stay wawy from any simple sugars all the time, the obvious (candy etc), but also avoid any carbs after 3pm!  Fibrous Veggies OK!


#6) Stop "normal"  eating after 6pm, only fat and protein after this, no carbs! Fibrous veggies ok!


#7) 1 gallon of water per day!


#8) Intense workouts 3-5 days per week (weights/ cardio) Of course!


#9)  Never , ever,  ever use a scale, never weigh yourself, go by how your clothes fit, and by how you feel!  The scale will do nothing but mislead you!
