The Gender Relations Centre (previously the Gender Relations Project) is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow or Fellow. The applicant should have research experience and a strong record of publication on gender relations or sexuality in the Asian and/or Pacific regions. The successful candidate will be expected to research and publish in their own area of expertise, to assist in the collaborative work of the centre as required and to supervise graduate scholars as appropriate. Applicants should have a PhD and publications with a background in anthropology, demography, history, politics, sociology or other relevant discipline. They will be expected to have demonstrated a capacity for high quality research and publication.  Applications should include a full curriculum vitae, names of three referees and a proposal of 3-5 pages outlining research to be undertaken and completed during the term of the Fellowship.
