***********************Apologies for cross posting************** Literature Searching Facilitators (3 full-time posts on a one year fixed term contract) Salary L15,020 The Coventry and Warwickshire Education Purchasing Consortium are seeking to appoint three full-time Librarians to promote and teach effective literature searching and critical appraisal skills to non medical staff across the Consortium. The three positions will be based in Coventry, Warwick and Nuneaton. The duties involve designing quality training materials, organising training events using existing and new forums, delivering effective literature searching and critical appraisal skills training, keeping records of training events, preparing questionnaire/ feedback forms, and evaluating the project culminating in a written report. We are looking for qualified Librarians with a good knowledge of external databases eg MEDLINE, and good presentation and organisational skills.
