Dear friends, We would like to inform you that we have just released the english version of the site of the Ecole française de Rome, a french institute of history and archeology. The whole site is made up of more than 500 pages containing detailed description of our activities : symposiums, publications, library. Concerning archelogy take a look at the "chronique" an account of the excavations headed by the Ecole francaise de Rome. There is also an interesting overview of Surburbium, a workshop of studies about roman suburbs. We plan to have an italian version within this summer. We would be very pleased if you could put our homepage (or the homepages of the single research projects) in your links, in order to gain the visibility it really deserves.
