Dear colleagues, This Friday, Commissioner Antonio Vitorino will be in Exeter to deliver the annual Dominik Lasok lecture on "The EU Charter on Fundamental Rights: the political foundation of freedom, security and justice in the EU". The lecture starts at 2.15 pm on 19 May in the Parker Moot Room, Amory Building. Further information from Mrs M Smith, School of Law (01392) 263373. The lecture series commemorates Dominik Lasok, a leading writer on EU law, who sadly died last month.
