It is anticipated that the appointment will be made for a period of 25 months from 1st August 2000. The post is funded by the European Commission. Candidates should ideally have, or be close to completing, a PhD in Computer Science or Natural Language Processing, and show a strong research background in natural language processing. A background in formal representations would also be appropriate for this post.
