They do have very fast response times for an immediate responder in
Seattle -- so not sure just how much of this is extrapolatable to UK
where it is likely to be much longer to defib/paramedic support.  I am
not familiar with the rest of the work on CPR with and without breaths
though, but it does seem a good study.
