No, there are no ATC's in the UK, up until now Sport Rehabilitation has mainly been covered by Chartered Physiotherapists. As I mentioned, only 2 Universities at present run the BASRaT degree (although more will follow very shortly): St Marys, Twickenham, London and the University of Salford, Manchester, England. Although at present I'm at St Mary's, I'm completing my final year in my home town of Salford. For details of the course have a look at :

From a students perspective, the course is fantastic, very rewarding and very hard work. From the feedback I've had from external Physiotherapists who I've organized clinical observations with, they were all suprised (pleasantly I hasten to add) with our level of knowledge. The National Sports Medicine Institute of the UK ran a feature on BASRaT after its inception, and hopefully in the near future there should be lots more publicity on its way.
