At an angle of 70 degrees the sciatic nerve and its roots are usually fully stretched. So pain that is experienced beyond 70 degrees is probably from the hip,  lumbosacral or SI joints, as the supporting structures around these joints are stressed in this range (Hartley, A.1995. Practical Joint Assessment. Lower Quadrant. Mosby:USA.). If the pain occurs bilaterally in this range, the problem probably originates in the SI joints.

Hope this helps
